- Goal setting including a take home tracking sheet
- 20 minute strength training, cardio, and core workouts to fit into your schedule!
- The secret to staying on track (food preparation!)
- Optimal percentages of fat, protein, and carbohydrates for fat loss.

We were so
excited and motivated by our last event, that we wanted to take all of
the information you gave us and take it to the next level. You can do this! We
are going to give you tools to reach your fitness and nutritional goals.
We will give you a tracking sheet that will enable you to set your goals
and reach them. We will also teach you strength training techniques that you
can do at home with or without weights. We will show you some great tricks to tighten
your core without doing a single sit-up. YEAH! Finally, we will include a
really energizing cardio routine to get your heart pumping! Great healthy
snacks will be served. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a mat (if you
have one) with you.
